Stoney deGeyter has posted an interesting article on SearchEngineGuide giving some good reasons as to why choosing the right site architecture prior to building your website is essential.
With the right directory and linking structure you can distribute your 'link juice' more effectively, funelling it into areas of your website which need it most. A good structure also makes the analysis of visitor traffic much more straightforward.

The Google Chrome bug affected the way Google Analytics JavaScript code was interpreted by the browser.
